• Photos (up to 20, drag to reorder), one video, and digital files for download listings.
• Title, description, tags and materials, with the 140-character and 20-character limits checked as you type.
• Category and its attributes, who made it, when, whether it is a supply, renewal, styles and production partners.
• Price, quantity and SKU, and variations with their own prices, quantities, SKUs and photos.
• Personalization, shipping profile, processing time, return policy, weight and size.

Three ways in

1. 1Photos. Upload them and the title, 13 tags, description and attributes are written from the photo.
2. 2A CSV. Import a spreadsheet, map the columns, and each row becomes a listing.
3. 3Your shop. Connect it and your active, draft, expired, inactive and sold-out listings sync in, ready to edit.

One listing or hundreds

Select listings in Studio, a project or your shop and bulk edit them: text, tags, prices, photos, category, shipping, variations or a whole template. Each listing updates in place, so you can open any of them and see the result before it goes to Etsy. Templates save a setup once and apply it to any number of listings.

Checks before anything publishes

Each listing shows whether it is ready to publish and what is missing: a category, a shipping profile, a price, a tag over 20 characters. Fix it in the listing or in bulk. Publishing sends only what you chose, as drafts or live, as a background job that keeps going if you close the tab.

Works alongside Shop Manager

Nothing changes on Etsy until you press Publish. Listings you edit on Etsy itself come back in on the next sync. You can disconnect the shop at any time from Settings.

More than one shop

Pro connects any number of Etsy shops. Switch between them in the sidebar; each shop keeps its own listings, sections and shipping profiles. Listings in Studio are not tied to a shop until they are published, which is how you copy listings from one shop to another.
