Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use SpeedList, we may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. If you create an account with a password, we store it only in hashed form and can never read it.
• Etsy Shop Data: When you connect your Etsy shop, we store the OAuth access tokens Etsy issues to us, your shop ID and name, and the listing data we sync on your behalf (titles, descriptions, tags, prices, inventory, and images) so you can manage it inside SpeedList. We never see or store your Etsy password.
• Usage Data: Product images you upload or connect (including Google Drive image collections), generated listing content (titles and tags), and a per-generation usage record used to enforce your plan's monthly limits.
• Device & Session Data: The IP address, browser and operating system, and time of each sign-in. This is shown to you under Settings → Devices so you can spot and revoke sessions you don't recognize.
• Billing Information: Processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Specifically, we use your product pictures to generate listing content and thumbnails, and to upload listings to your Etsy shop or export them as CSV files when you ask us to. Your Etsy access tokens are used solely to sync your shop's listings into SpeedList and to publish, update, or delete listings on your explicit instruction, and never for anything else.

We also review aggregated, de-identified usage metrics (for example, how many generations run per day and how often they fail) to operate and improve the Service. We do not use your product images, your listing content, or any data received from the Etsy API to train AI models, and we do not permit our AI providers to do so.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

To run SpeedList we rely on a few services. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy and terms, linked here:

• Etsy: the listings you publish and the listings we sync, through the official Etsy API. Privacy Policy · API Terms of Use
• Google: sign-in, Google Drive import, and the servers that host SpeedList. Privacy Policy · Terms
• AI providers: your product photos and any instructions you add are sent to our AI provider only to write your listing content, and are not used to train its models. Data received from the Etsy API is not shared with AI providers.
• Stripe: subscription payments. We share the billing information needed to charge your subscription; your card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your listings and shops are yours to remove at any time in the app. Disconnecting your Etsy shop in Settings deletes its synced listings from SpeedList and discards the access tokens; removing a shop from the shop switcher deletes the shop and its synced listings entirely. Neither action affects the listings that live on Etsy itself. You can also revoke SpeedList's access to your Etsy account at any time on Etsy under Account Settings → Security → Apps.

To delete your account, email us at support@speedlist.ai from the address on the account. If you are on a paid plan, cancel your subscription on the Subscription page first; we delete the account once the subscription has ended. Deleting the account removes your listings, shops, photos, generated content and settings from SpeedList.

Our servers keep request logs, which include IP addresses, for about 30 days, for security and troubleshooting. After something is deleted, a copy may remain for a short time in our backups and internal records, for internal review only, and is then deleted as well. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing and tax records, for as long as it requires. Data synced from Etsy is not kept longer than Etsy's API Terms of Use allow. 5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

SpeedList sets a session cookie that keeps you signed in after you log in, and two short-lived cookies that exist only while you connect your Etsy shop and are gone once that finishes. We set them ourselves, they are not used for advertising, and the session cookie goes away when you log out or when it expires. The app also keeps a few settings in your browser’s local storage, such as your theme and which panels you have closed, so the app looks the same next time; nothing there identifies you to anyone else.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not let third parties track you across other sites through SpeedList. Because nothing tracks you, the app does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals; there is nothing to turn off.

7. Etsy

SpeedList uses the Etsy API, and our handling of data received through it is additionally governed by Etsy's API Terms of Use. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

8. Google Drive and Google User Data

If you connect Google Drive, SpeedList requests read-only access and reads only the image files and folders you choose to import. We do not modify or delete anything in your Drive, and we do not share Drive content with anyone except as needed to generate your listings as described above. You can revoke this access at any time in your Google Account permissions.

SpeedList's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Children

SpeedList is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, or from children under 13 as defined by COPPA. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, email support@speedlist.ai and we will delete it.

10. Your Rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy in a portable format. Listings and shops can be deleted in the app, and your listings can be exported as CSV at any time. For account deletion and anything else, email support@speedlist.ai from the address on your account and we will answer within 30 days.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. If you are in California, Texas or another state with a privacy law, these are the rights those laws give you, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

11. Users Outside the United States

SpeedList is operated from the United States and your information is stored and processed on servers there. If you use SpeedList from elsewhere, including the European Union or the United Kingdom, your information is transferred to the US. We process it to provide the service you signed up for, to run and protect the service, and where the law requires. You have the rights described above, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. For material changes we will tell you at least 14 days before they take effect, by email or with a notice in the app, and we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using SpeedList after a change takes effect, you accept the updated policy.
