1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SpeedList website and service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SpeedList provides AI-powered tools to generate product titles and tags for e-commerce listings. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the performance, uptime, or results of using the Service.

3. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEEDLIST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Specifically, SpeedList is not liable for:

  • Loss of sales, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Bans, suspensions, or penalties applied to your accounts on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, eBay, Amazon).
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations in the AI-generated content.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, third-party API outages, or internet service disruptions.

4. Accuracy of AI Output

Artificial Intelligence can produce inaccurate or inappropriate content. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated titles and tags before publishing them to any marketplace. SpeedList does not guarantee that using our output will improve your SEO rankings or sales.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the product images and data you provide to SpeedList. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions. SpeedList is not liable for any copyright infringement or intellectual property disputes arising from the images or data you provide.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party integrations (such as Google Drive, OpenAI/Google AI, and Stripe). We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or policies of these third parties. Any disruption in their services may affect your ability to use SpeedList, and we are not liable for such disruptions.

7. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service or for periods where your account was unused.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We may or may not notify you of these changes, but it is entirely your responsibility to read and review this page periodically. By using our app, logging in, or signing up, you explicitly agree to be bound by the current Terms of Service.
